We can’t wait to welcome you to Pub in the Park in Marlow for an incredible weekend of food, drinks, music and festival fun.

To help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to read the important information below before you arrive.

Friday: 6:00pm – 10:30pm
Saturday Afternoon: 11:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday Evening: 6:00pm – 10:30pm
Sunday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

🎟️ ARRIVING AT THE ENTRANCE

When you arrive at the event, please make sure you use the correct queuing lane for your ticket type and follow all signage carefully.

• Look out for directional signs and flags to guide you to the right entrance (see below for your ticket type).

• If you are unsure at any point, please speak to a member of staff or security who will be happy to help.

• ACCESSIBLE/CARER TICKET HOLDERS – Please use lane signed ‘accessible’ to receive your accessible wristband.

⭐ VIP ENTRANCE

Follow signage for “VIP” to the dedicated VIP queueing lane
• The VIP Lounge is located on the right-hand side of the main arena within the show
• Your food and drinks vouchers will have been emailed to you by Ticketek –please ensure these are downloaded before arrival

💫 PLATINUM ENTRANCE

Look for Platinum signage directing you to the Platinum entrance lane
• The Platinum Lounge entrance is located on the right-hand side next to the main stage
• Your food and drinks vouchers will have been emailed to you by Ticketek –please ensure these are downloaded before arrival

🎡RIVERSIDE ENCLOSURE

Please use the General Admission queueing lanes to enter the event
• Once inside, you can collect your Riverside Enclosure wristbands from the Riverside Enclosure
• This is located near the Ferris wheel towards the far end of the river (see site map)

🎫 WEEKEND TICKET HOLDER WRISTBAND EXCHANGE

• Weekend Ticket Holders – please collect your wristband from the Weekend Ticket Holders collection desk on arrival and follow signage when you get to the event

• Open: From Thursday 14th May, 12:00pm

• Location: Desk opposite the Box Office by the main entrance

🚗 GETTING HERE

PARKING

We are once again working in collaboration with Marlow Rugby Club for official Pub in the Park parking. This is the only official event parking.
• Please follow the yellow and black signage for official event parking
• Sat nav: Marlow Rugby Club, Riverwoods, SL7 1QU
• what3words: ///prefix.admire.searcher
• Parking cost: £6 per car
• You may leave your car overnight until 10:30am the following day at no extra charge
• Parking can be pre-purchased in advance via Ticketek (below).

Please note: parking in Marlow will be extremely limited. Please respect local residents and do not park on surrounding roads.

🚆 PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Where possible, we strongly recommend using public transport.

There are good transport links via local buses and trains from nearby towns including Maidenhead and High Wycombe.

If travelling by train, we recommend booking with GWR (Great Western Railway) for routes into the area.

👜 WHAT YOU CAN BRING

Seating is available around the festival (VIP and Platinum Lounge offer the most comfortable seating experience)
• Camping chairs are generally not permitted unless pre-approved for accessibility needs
• No windbreaks or tents allowed
• No outside food or drink (except baby food and water)
• Assistance dogs only (no pets permitted)
• Hand sanitiser is recommended (stations will also be available on site)

📌 THINGS TO REMEMBER

Please ensure your tickets are downloaded before you arrive at the park
• Weekend ticket holders must collect wristbands at the desk next to the Box Office or designated weekend exchange point
• Last orders: Bars close 15 minutes before the end of each session
• Weather: Please check the forecast and bring appropriate clothing.
